About
Jackie Reynolds is a non-binary illustrator and comic artist based in Toronto, Canada. A lifelong fan of all things horror, their work playfully explores the impact of digital folklore, the paranormal, and the occult. Jackie is mixed race, being half Filipino and half Irish-Canadian.
Jackie studied under the Regional Arts Program in Mississauga, Ontario, before attending Sheridan College’s Honours Bachelor of Illustration program, and graduating with High Honours.
From 2017 to 2019, Jackie self published the webcomic ‘The Divide & I’, a Victorian fantasy fiction story of teen angst, queer romance, and vampires.
In 2019, Jackie began collaborating with director and author Troy Wagner on the ‘Marble Hornets’ comic series, a spiritual and narrative successor to the original horror webseries of the same name. Together, they adapted its found-footage motifs and reality bending elements onto page and panel. Self-publishing through Troy’s company Grampo Co, they have since released a total of 6 issues, with the final issue having just been completed in November of 2025, and a Compendium book set to debut in 2026.
Jackie lives in Toronto with their partner and their dog Radar. They manage the Toronto punk band, Sayonara BAP. In their spare time they like to bake, and get lost in the woods looking for fungi.
